Job summary

Littelfuse in Piedras Negras, Coahuila, seeks an HR Partner to align people strategies with plant goals and lead talent development and workforce planning. You will collaborate with plant leadership to drive engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness across the ICP Plant.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years of HR experience in manufacturing, deep knowledge of Mexico labor laws, strong communication, and bilingual English/Spanish skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7-10 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing.
• Management or team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR compliance.
• PHR certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant leadership to develop and implement HR strategies.
• Lead talent development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
• Drive recruiting and workforce planning with Talent Acquisition.
• Lead HR programs to improve employee experience and business performance.
• Monitor HR metrics and support data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Support change management and foster a positive culture.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders.
