PayJoy is seeking a Strategy & Corporate Development professional to support global strategic initiatives, market entries, and growth investments. You will build complex financial models, analyze data, and prepare executive‑level presentations for senior leadership.

The role demands strong analytical capability, 1–3 years in related finance roles, and fluency in English and Spanish. You will collaborate across finance, legal, product, and operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or related analytical role; Fintech/ banking experience is a plus.
• Excel expert: build sophisticated financial models for M&A valuation, forecasting, and data analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail; comfortable with AI tools.
• Bi‑lingual: English and Spanish required; Portuguese a plus.
• Experience presenting to senior audiences and crafting data‑driven narratives.

Responsabilidades

• Build complex financial models for global strategic projects and investments, including valuation analyses, P&L forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Evaluate M&A and investment opportunities, including target financials, deal models, and due diligence coordination.
• Gather and analyze data from multiple sources and synthesize into clear, actionable insights.
• Design presentation materials for internal strategy discussions, Board updates, investor presentations, and executive decisions.
• Partner cross‑functionally with finance, legal, product, operations, and sales across geographies.
