Sequoia Connect is seeking a Business Consulting Analyst to join our Talent-First Technology Ecosystem, working on end-to-end digital transformation projects for global leaders. You will structure and analyze complex problems, deliver data-driven insights, and develop high-quality deliverables and presentations while managing stakeholders in a remote, project-based environment.

Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred; 3–6 years in consulting or strategy, with a technologist mindset and agile

We are currently searching for a Business Consulting Analyst:

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

• Structure and analyze complex business problems.
• Conduct data-driven analysis to evaluate issues and generate insights.
• Extract relevant insights and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.
• Develop high-quality deliverables and high-impact presentations.
• Manage stakeholders effectively within a project-based environment.

Your Profile (Requirements)

• 3 to 6 years of overall experience in consulting, strategy, business transformation, or project-based roles.
• Strong problem conceptualization and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct data-driven analysis and insight generation.
• Experience preparing high-quality deliverables and presentations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a consulting environment.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between \"coding\" and \"engineering.\" (Retained from standard template, though this is a less technical role)

Desired

• Financial Services or Payments experience is a plus.
• Preferred background: Consulting / Strategy / Business Transformation.
• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants. (Retained from standard template)

Languages

• Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.
• Advanced Spanish.
