Formación

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Advising: Act as the core analytical engine for regional leadership, delivering concrete, data-backed recommendations to local general managers and strategy directors.
• Deep-Dive Analytics: Interrogate large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, or R to surface growth opportunities, consumer trends, and operational bottlenecks across our platform.
• Performance Tracking: Evaluate and report on vital KPIs to guarantee regional operations are hitting or exceeding their strategic targets.
• Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end strategic initiatives—from initial concept through to final execution—driving quantifiable business results.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner closely with various operational, product, and commercial departments to streamline workflows and implement key projects.
• Data Storytelling: Craft and present high-impact data narratives, equipping stakeholders with the clarity needed to make critical business decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in data analytics, management consulting, or corporate strategy (tech industry or high-growth corporate environments strongly preferred).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and Excel alongside hands‑on experience with major data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). R and Python are nice to have for this role.
• Education: Undergraduate degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a closely related quantitative discipline.
• Languages: Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Analytical Mindset: Exceptional critical thinking capabilities, specifically the ability to turn raw data into strategic business levers.
• Communication: Outstanding presentation and synthesis skills; capable of distilling vast amounts of information into succinct, impactful summaries for senior leadership.
• Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to manage relationships, influence decision-makers, and successfully navigate cross-functional environments.
• Drive: A highly proactive problem‑solver who constantly seeks out operational optimizations without needing to be micromanaged.
