Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Transformation Leader to guide Carrier Excellence initiatives across the Americas. The role focuses on identifying performance gaps, driving end-to-end cost reduction and efficiency programs, and building compelling business cases with measurable impact.

You will lead cross-functional teams in manufacturing and supply chain, work with Directors/VPs, and implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to sustain a continuous improvement culture.

Formación

• Masters degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in consulting, operational excellence, or transformation roles.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation or efficiency programs.
• Strong project management skills with end-to-end ownership of initiatives.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders (Director/VP/C-level).
• Advanced English (professional working proficiency).
• Willingness to travel (~40%) and ability to obtain a visa if required.
• Experience in top-tier consulting firms or leading industrial companies (nice to have).
• Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies (nice to have).
• Experience driving transformation in manufacturing or supply chain environments (nice to have).
• Advanced degree (MBA or related field) (nice to have).

Responsabilidades

• Lead all Carrier Excellence Transformation projects in the Americas.
