Hyphen Connect, a global fintech innovator, seeks an executive advisor to shape market positioning and guide strategic digital transformation for financial services clients. You will influence executive stakeholders and translate industry trends into practical solutions.

Lead cross-functional engagements, deliver technical demos, and ensure deployments meet regulatory and customer needs across international markets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in banking, insurance, securities or financial services domains.
• Proven ability to guide digital transformation for executive audiences.
• Ability to influence C-level executives and articulate fintech architectures.
• Familiarity with fintech domains, cloud platforms and AI architectures.
• Strategic thinker capable of handling high-pressure business challenges.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin skills are a plus.

Our client is a global fintech company that originated as the digital payment engine for e-commerce industries.

Responsibilities

• Thought Leadership & Positioning: Provide strong leadership within the fintech industry to develop market positioning and brand authority as an executive, trusted advisor, and thought leader. Influence customer mindsets by challenging the status quo, introducing innovative ideas, and showcasing the unique value the company provides.
• Executive Advisory: Act as a key driver for enabling new business models. Leverage executive expertise to eliminate barriers and present market trends to customer senior leadership, building a shared vision for their innovation journey.
• Ecosystem Knowledge Sharing: Capture, consolidate, and share industry-specific best practices internally and across global industry ecosystems and associations, maximizing the company's reach and impact.
• Industry Solutions & Architecture: Understand the unique requirements of key industry clients and partners (Financial Services, Telecommunications, Public Sector, Digital Native, etc.). Define business and technical solutions based on the company's product portfolio (financial security, digital banking, financial cloud, intelligent marketing, AI agents, etc.) to ensure solutions align with customer business needs and regulatory compliance.
• Technical Communication & Demonstration: Deliver technical presentations and product demos that clearly communicate software functionality, technical architecture, and core advantages. Answer technical inquiries and support sales teams with pre-sales technical guidance to build customer confidence.
• Solutions Ownership & Product Optimization: Gather international market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to feed back into product development. Recommend functional optimizations and version upgrades to ensure financial software products remain competitive in overseas markets.
• Project Implementation & Delivery Support: Work closely with engineering and implementation teams during deployment to offer technical guidance and resolve complex issues. Ensure payment systems are deployed smoothly, run reliably, and meet customer acceptance criteria.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree (B.S./B.A.) in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Domain Expertise: Proven experience in banking, insurance, securities, or financial services solution domains, with deep knowledge of industry operations, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements.
• Transformation Leadership: In-depth understanding of the modern technical ecosystem with a demonstrated ability to guide customers through digital transformation using proven innovation methodologies.
• Executive Engagement: Demonstrated ability to influence C-level executives and guide them step-by-step through complex digital transformations.
• Technical Breadth: Familiarity with major fintech domains, cloud platforms, and AI architectures.
• Strategic Mindset: Ability to thrive under pressure and approach business, product, and technical challenges strategically.
• Languages & Communication: Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex fintech architectures through documentation and visual diagrams.
