Key activities include partnering with hiring managers, leveraging data-driven insights, managing ATS workflows, and building relationships with internal teams and external sources. You will promote diversity and inclusivity while maintaining high-quality hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Experience in talent acquisition within healthcare or clinical research.
• Proficient level of English.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment technologies; data analysis.
• Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for roles.
