Job summary

Nordic Consulting Partners, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for diverse functions. You will design strategies, partner with managers and HR, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offers. Build an engaging candidate experience and support employer branding initiatives to attract top healthcare IT talent.

You will maintain ATS data, analyze metrics, and promote DEI in hiring. Occasional travel may be required as you recruit from Mexico.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Healthcare IT recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of talent market trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building at all levels.
• Experience using ATS, sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) and other recruiting tools.
• Attention to detail to monitor candidates across stages.
• Experience in employer branding and candidate experience enhancement.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance in talent acquisition.
• Post-secondary education preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR, and sales to understand business needs.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Promote employer brand through recruitment marketing activities.
• Maintain ATS/CRM data and analyze hiring metrics to improve processes.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.
• Stay updated on talent market trends and benchmarking.
• Refine recruitment processes and workflows for efficiency.
• Assist other corporate initiatives as needed.
