Nordic is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition professional to join our global team. You will design and implement recruitment strategies, manage full-cycle hiring from sourcing to offer, and build strong relationships with hiring managers across functions in healthcare IT.

In this international, Mexico-recruiting role, you will partner with marketing for employer branding, leverage ATS/CRM data, and champion diversity and inclusion while continuously refining processes to hire top talent

Qualifications

• 3+ years of talent acquisition/recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Healthcare IT or healthcare industry recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of talent market trends and best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building at all levels.
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems and recruitment tools.
• Attention to detail across candidate recruitment stages.
• Employer branding and candidate experience improvement experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance in talent acquisition.
• Post-secondary education preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top candidates.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, HR, and sales to align hiring needs.
• Enhance employer brand across channels and recruitment marketing projects.
• Leverage analytics to measure hiring effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Ensure diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated on talent market trends and benchmarking data.
• Refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
