FORVIA HELLA is seeking a Talent Acquisition specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment across managerial, administrative, technical, and operational roles. You will partner with hiring managers, build robust sourcing strategies, and maintain strong candidate pipelines in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

The role requires 3+ years in talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and advanced English.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience recruiting managerial, administrative, technical, and operational positions.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for managerial, administrative, technical, and operational positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and workforce planning priorities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct candidate assessments, and coordinate interview processes.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Lead recruitment activities from candidate attraction through offer management and hiring.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support salary offer preparation and hiring recommendations.
• Coordinate pre-employment processes and onboarding activities.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and recruitment procedures.
• Participate in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to strengthen the organization's presence in the labor market.

Your Qualifications
