Celestica is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to join a fully remote team. You will shape and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies, lead end-to-end recruitment, manage a portfolio of roles, and mentor junior recruiters from a home office.

The role requires 6+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in leadership. You will partner with hiring managers, optimize sourcing using ATS tools, and drive a superior candidate experience in a remote

• Minimum of 6 years in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• 2+ years in leadership/management role.
• Proven ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies for diverse roles.
• Expertise with recruitment tools, ATS, and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills.
• Experience leading remote or distributed teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
