Eaton is seeking a Sr. Planner for its IS AER ITD division in Mexico. The role supports Customer Service and Supply Chain by analyzing demand sources and coordinating shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include managing the backlog, expediting purchases, resolving inquiries, and coordinating with internal departments. A Bachelor’s in Business or Supply Chain and 5 years in related roles are required; advanced Excel and MFG PRO knowledge are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain preferred.
• Understanding of MRP and Lean Manufacturing.
• 5 years of experience in customer service, planning or manufacturing.
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel at an advanced level.
• MFG PRO knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily backlog of customer shipments and scheduling.
• Expedite purchases delayed by production changes.
• Gather and evaluate information to handle inquiries and complaints.
• Resolve customer issues and coordinate with internal teams.
• Document records and communicate with Customer Service and Supply Chain teams.
