Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Planning, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Operations Planning, Integrated Business Planning, Logistics, or related functions.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead Master Production Planning (MPS) for designated products and complex portfolios.
• Balance production, inventory, capacity, and customer requirements to meet service and financial goals.
• Monitor performance against plans and drive corrective actions to close gaps.
• Own delivery commitments for make-to-order products considering capacity and material availability.
• Drive planning processes for third‑party manufactured products and collaborate with suppliers to mitigate risks.
• Lead scenario planning and risk assessments related to capacity, inventory, and lead times.
• Develop and maintain material supply plans (MRP) to support manufacturing requirements.
• Manage raw material and component inventories to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Identify supply risks and lead mitigation strategies across stakeholders.
• Lead DRP activities to optimize inventory deployment across the network.
• Recommend inventory, allocation, and replenishment strategies for service and working capital targets.
• Lead cross‑functional issue resolution and continuously improve planning processes.
