Carrier is seeking a Manager of Supply Planning to lead mid- to long-term supply planning aligned with customer demand. You will drive capacity planning, inventory optimization and cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Demand Planning, and Operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years in Supply Planning or SIOP/Master Planning roles.
• Experience in manufacturing environments and factory production planning.
• Strong inventory, capacity planning and supply continuity knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP or AP/BC planning tools experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of supply planning strategies within the SIOP team.
• Perform scenario planning and rough-cut capacity analysis.
• Identify and resolve long-range supply chain risks (labor, materials, equipment).
• Standardize materials planning and SIOP processes to optimize resources.
• Analyze supply streams and establish data relationships.
• Plan capacity and fulfill demand with plant operations.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to develop monthly production volume plans.
• Monitor finished goods, components and inventory to meet DOH targets.
