Qualifications

• 4-5 years in Supply Chain Planning areas, preferably on Materials Planning.
• English level: high (fluent).
• Self-driven with a high problem-solving mindset.
• Learning agility and curiosity.
• Remarkable stakeholder management and communication/networking skills.
• Excellent analytical skills, as well as use/interpretation of figures and data.

Responsibilities

• Manage the team responsible for the Operational and Tactical Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) Process for all Raw & Packaging Materials, to ensure optimal availability in all Breweries.
• Design, implement, and manage the MRP Process Governance between NSA Planning Hub, Planning & Procurement OpCo Teams and Suppliers, ensuring WoW compliance.
• Act as main point of contact with Regional Procurement and Global Procurement teams, including Categories Buyers.
• Approve and sign-off on estimation of material requirements as part of Annual and Strategic Plan processes.
