Hunter Douglas, Inc. is seeking a Supply Planning professional in Monterrey to drive material requirements, inventory strategies, and capacity management. You will partner with Demand and Procurement to minimize costs while maintaining top-tier service levels.

The role emphasizes end-to-end planning across product life cycles, including new launches and end-of-life activities, with strong collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 2+ years in logistics, operations/manufacturing or supply chain.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with SAP/IBP and MS Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage supply plans for final assembly sites to reduce inventories and costs while maintaining service levels.
• Lead end-to-end planning initiatives including new launches and EOL inventory management.
• Provide 12+ month rolling forecasts to suppliers and align with demand planning.
• Collaborate with procurement to minimize excess inventory and optimize MOQs.
