Baxter Healthcare is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to oversee inventory reliability and cycle counts at our Monterrey site. You will drive accurate records, investigate discrepancies, and partner with multiple teams to sustain inventory integrity and improve processes.

The role requires 3–5 years in inventory supervision, an engineering degree, and experience with ERP/WMS. Proficiency in Lean, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement is essential.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience as Inventory Supervisor.
• Engineering degree.
• Experience with ERP/WMS and transactional inventory processes.
• Knowledge of Lean tools, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee inventory reliability, ensuring accurate controls and procedures.
• Lead cycle count program, verify timely execution, analyze variances and close discrepancies.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and lead root-cause analyses with involved areas.
• Monitor inventory KPIs and implement action plans for deviations.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Quality, Planning and other areas to resolve discrepancies or risks.
