Kontoor Brands, Inc. is seeking a Supply Business Planner for the Mexico Stream to translate demand plans into actionable sourcing, replenishment, and inventory strategies.

You will partner with Demand Planning, Sourcing, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Operations to ensure service levels align with financial goals. The role emphasizes leading SIOP activities, driving inventory strategies, and mitigating supply risks while supporting NPI and seasonal launches across the

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in supply planning or SIOP.
• Experience balancing service, inventory, capacity and financial targets.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capability.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Mexico Stream supply plan and inventory strategy.
• Collaborate across Demand Planning, Sourcing, Procurement and Logistics.
• Lead SIOP reviews, evaluate risks and propose solutions.
• Manage inventory strategies balancing service and working capital.
• Mitigate supply risks related to capacity, sourcing, materials and transport.
• Support NPI, seasonal launches, and strategic initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement across planning processes and network performance.
