Flowserve in Torreón, Mexico, seeks a Global Materials and Planning Manager to lead the planning team and optimize master data, SIOP, MPS, MRP, and inventory management across the site.

You will ensure on-time delivery, maximize asset utilization, and drive cost reductions through data-driven decision making, while aligning ERP plans with project milestones. The role requires strong leadership and 8+ years in manufacturing material planning, with Lean certification and SAP experience preferred.

Formación

• Minimum 7 years in a manufacturing material planning role using ERP systems.
• Proven leadership experience with coaching and developing teams.
• Track record of driving continuous improvement projects and cost reductions.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data for decision making.
• Experience with SAP and lean methodologies preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, coach, and manage the planning team.
• Oversee SIOP, Demand Management, MPS, MRP, Production Control and Inventory management.
• Align ERP plans with project milestones and drive on-time delivery (OTD).
• Manage large data sets (items, routings, BOMs, work centers) and drive performance.
• Optimize inventory investment and lead time targets while maximizing asset utilization.
• Deliver reporting and improvement projects to meet plant productivity goals.
