Celestica in Mexico (Apodaca) seeks a Master Planner Manager to orchestrate the complete site production planning ecosystem, linking SMT, middle-end, and back-end operations with SCM and CFT. Drive the SIOP process and ensure alignment with company objectives.

The role requires 10+ years in supply chain planning, strong leadership, and a data-driven approach to optimize constraints, reduce lead times, and improve inventory turns across the plant.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management with site-level planning and production control.
• Proven leadership and accountability across stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of SIOP/S&OP processes and SMT/electronic manufacturing production.
• Strong analytical skills with metrics and audits.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-to-end supervision for the production planning lifecycle.
• Bridge SCM and CFT to optimize resources and production flow.
• Define and govern SIOP processes aligning long-term plans with operations.
• Identify and resolve production constraints with data-driven approach.
• Report to Site Leader and manage SCM leaders in a dotted-line structure.
• Drive continuous improvements to improve planning accuracy and inventory turns.
