Empresa Confidencial in Mexico is seeking an experienced Regional Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple manufacturing sites. The role requires coordinating planning, inventory control, and KPI driven improvements, with a focus on aligning demand, production capacity, and service levels to support business growth and regional objectives across Mexico.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience in manufacturing.
• Experience supporting multiple plants or regional operations.
• Expertise in SIOP, demand and production planning, inventory management.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; SAP and Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate supply chain activities across multiple plants in Mexico.
• Drive the SIOP process to align demand, capacity, and inventory targets.
• Manage regional demand planning, supply planning, and production planning.
• Develop and implement initiatives to improve service levels and inventory turns.
• Partner with plant leadership and functional teams to support objectives.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure continuity of supply.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across the region.
• Support new product launches and customer growth initiatives.
• Lead capacity planning aligning customer needs with manufacturing capabilities.
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to standardize processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain teams across locations.
