Hubbell Incorporated in Mexico is seeking a Supply Planning Manager to lead all supply planning activities, balancing inventory, production capacity, and cost efficiency. This role synthesizes demand forecasts with manufacturing, procurement, and distribution strategies to support business objectives while protecting service levels and total customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 8+ years of supply planning, materials management, production planning, or supply chain experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems and inventory control processes.
• Proven ability to balance customer service with inventory optimization and cost control.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and monitor supply planning and execution to align with production schedules and demand.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Purchasing, Production, Operations and Sales.
• Monitor demand signals, material availability, and capacity constraints; mitigate risks.
• Lead team to resolve shortages, expedites, and disruptions; ensure timely response.
• Oversee inventory strategy including forecasting, safety stock, cycle counts, and accuracy.
• Support new product introductions and material transitions; ensure smooth integration.
• Partner with warehouse and logistics to maintain material flow and inventory control.
• Drive performance with metrics like inventory turns and on-time delivery.
• Lead continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Provide data-driven insights for decisions, resource allocation, and long-term planning.
