Zusammenfassung

Qualcomm Intl Inc., Mexico Branch Office is seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing for Professional Services. This on-site role demands strong negotiation and cross-functional collaboration with senior stakeholders in a global matrixed org.

The position requires full-time on-site work in Mexico City (5 days a week) and a track record in indirect procurement and supplier negotiations.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of Sourcing or related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree and 8+ years of Sourcing or related work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 10+ years of Sourcing or related work experience.
Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Masters = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Aufgaben

Develops and improves sourcing processes and tools for Professional Services categories.
Leads category and sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and supplier engagement models.
Partners with internal stakeholders to provide data-driven sourcing options, balancing cost, risk and quality.
Performs spend, market, and supplier analysis to identify risks and savings opportunities.
Defines and executes contract and commercial negotiation strategies with Legal, Finance, and partners.
Manages multiple sourcing projects, prioritizing and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
