Qualcomm Intl Inc., Mexico Branch Office is seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing of Professional Services. This onsite role in Mexico City focuses on developing strategies, managing supplier agreements, and delivering results aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in indirect procurement, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate with senior leaders in a global matrix organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of Sourcing or related work experience.
• OR Associate's degree and 8+ years of Sourcing or related work experience.
• OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 10+ years of Sourcing or related work experience.
• Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and improves sourcing processes for Professional Services categories.
• Leads category and sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and supplier models.
• Partners with internal stakeholders to provide data-driven sourcing options and recommendations.
• Performs spend, market, and supplier analyses to identify risks and cost optimization opportunities.
• Defines contract and commercial negotiation strategies with Legal, Finance, and partners.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with suppliers to execute sourcing initiatives and negotiations.
• Makes informed, high-impact decisions to resolve complex sourcing issues in evolving situations.
• Manages multiple sourcing projects with priorities, timelines and deliverables.
• Re-scopes initiatives as business needs evolve and ensures objectives are met.
• Manages team project priorities and deliverables for large/multiple projects.
