The Hershey Company is seeking an Analyst, Sales Services in Guadalajara, Mexico. The role combines analytics, customer support, vendor coordination, and process improvements across LATAM and Canada, within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

You will administer incentive programs, maintain forecast databases, and support budgeting and cost-control efforts while strengthening reporting and automation across fleet, incentives, and budget management.

Formación

• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and macros.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP; Power BI or similar tools is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and analyze LATAM and Canada sales incentive programs and quarterly contests with accuracy and alignment to objectives.
• Maintain planning and forecast databases for incentive programs and contests; support budget analysis and cost control.
• Manage Canada fleet activities: insurance renewals, leases, deliveries, maintenance approvals, and fleet policies.
