Rockwell Automation in Mexico City is seeking a Business Analyst for Sales Operations and Sales Incentive processes. Hybrid work setup with a focus on Anaplan ICM, data quality, and process improvements across global sales incentives.

You will validate data, support monthly data collection, and leverage Power BI/Power Apps to deliver accurate incentive reporting. English fluency required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or a technical discipline.
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps and SQL.
• Familiarity with SAP, Anaplan and CRM software.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Work with large data sets to support Sales Incentive processes.
• Define and improve Anaplan data reconciliations for accuracy.
• Ensure GSTO data, goals, territories and other data move to ICM.
• Validate Anaplan sales crediting and focus offering accuracy.
• Gather and maintain data for sales roles using Power BI, Power Query and Power Apps.
• Document global processes and support Agile user stories and testing.
