Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent education/experience.
• Typically 5+ years of relevant work experience; at least 2 in a similar role.
• Proven experience in sales and sales enablement.
• Proficiencies in sales strategy, training, and technology.
• Continuous learner staying current with industry knowledge and tech.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing the sales enablement strategy, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
• Participate in the development and delivery of sales training programs, contributing to content development.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify training needs, prioritize areas for improvement, and provide support.
• Contribute to the analysis of sales performance data to identify opportunities for enhancing sales processes.
• May be responsible for managing specific aspects of sales enablement initiatives.
• Assist in the selection and implementation of sales enablement technology solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of sales enablement programs.
