Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent required.
• Typically 6+ years in industry with at least 2+ in a similar role.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages and debugging.
• Leadership or mentoring experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
