DXC Technology in Mexico City seeks an experienced Delivery Leader to own end-to-end service delivery for strategic accounts, ensuring SLAs, budgets, and business objectives are met. You will guide cross-functional teams, drive governance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement while partnering with senior leaders to define transformation roadmaps and growth opportunities.

You will manage financial performance, optimize margins, and provide executive-level reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in IT services, managed services, or tech operations with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record managing complex client engagements and large-scale ops.
• Strong client relationship management and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization.
• Deep understanding of service delivery governance, SLAs, and ITIL.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end service delivery for one or multiple strategic client accounts, ensuring contractual commitments, service levels, and business objectives are met.
• Lead and develop cross-functional delivery teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and improvement.
• Drive operational excellence through governance, performance management, risk mitigation, and service improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Account Delivery Managers, Technical Leads, and Project Managers to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor delivery performance via KPIs, SLAs, and customer satisfaction metrics; manage incidents and escalations.
• Drive service transformation, automation, process optimization, and adherence to industry best practices.
