Job summary

ALPLA INC. is seeking a Senior Planning professional to lead the S&OP process for the Recycling Division and oversee capacity planning activities. You will coordinate RCCP and TEEP analyses, align production with demand, and drive efficient resource use across functions.

You will collaborate with Procurement and customers to finalize capacity scenarios, monitor SLAs, and support business expansion while traveling as required. Advanced English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and strong planning background.
• Experience in S&OP, RCCP and capacity planning within manufacturing.
• Advanced English and travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Led annual and monthly S&OP process for the Recycling Division, ensuring alignment of capacity with demand.
• Managed RCCP/TEEP analyses to optimize budgeting and resources.
• Communicated bottle bale requirements to Procurement to guide sourcing.
• Generated RCCP capacity proposals with key customers to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Developed and reviewed SLAs to drive service excellence and efficiency.
