Job summary

ALPLA Group in Toluca, Mexico is seeking a seasoned professional to lead S&OP and capacity planning for the Recycling Division. You will coordinate RCCP and TEEP analyses, align capacity with demand, and communicate requirements to Procurement to optimize sourcing and fulfillment.

You will drive business planning, support strategic initiatives, and implement SLAs to elevate service levels. Advanced English is required, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in Planning, Warehousing, and Transportation.
• Advanced English required.
• Willing to travel as needed.
• Demonstrated ability to identify root causes, evaluate alternatives, and solve complex business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Led annual and monthly S&OP and capacity analysis for the Recycling Division (RCCP and TEEP).
• Calculated and communicated post-consumer bottle bale requirements to Procurement based on RCCP scenarios.
• Generated and tracked RCCP capacity proposals with key customers to ensure on-time, in-full demand fulfillment.
• Contributed to Business Plans and strategic projects for the Recycling Division.
• Managed design, implementation, and review of SLAs to drive service excellence.

• Led the annual and monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process and capacity analysis for the Recycling Division (RCCP and TEEP), ensuring accurate budgeting, optimal resource utilization, and alignment of production capabilities with customer demand and business objectives.
• Calculated and communicated annual post-consumer bottle bale requirements to the Procurement team, based on RCCP capacity planning scenarios, enabling the development of effective sourcing and consumption strategies while ensuring alignment with operational demand.
• Generated, aligned, and tracked RCCP capacity planning proposals with key customers, ensuring on-time and in-full demand fulfillment while maximizing operational efficiency and resource utilization.
• Collaborated in the development of Business Plans and strategic projects for the Recycling Division, evaluating operational requirements, capacity scenarios, and growth opportunities to support business expansion and profitability goals.
• Managed the design, implementation, and periodic review of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), driving service excellence, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
