Regal Rexnord is seeking a Commodity Planner to analyze MRP/APS and plan direct materials for new products, supporting technical, medium/high spend commodities. This role may coach less experienced planners and contributes to pilot runs by securing material availability.

You will lead supplier relationships, optimize inventory, and drive productivity projects while coordinating with sourcing and logistics to meet production schedules. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, international business, industrial engineering, or related field.
• 4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, material planning, supply chain, or related role.
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzes MRP system and determines orders to be placed according to schedule. Ensures material availability to meet production schedule.
• Develops and maintains strong supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials. Investigates delays and quality issues; identifies alternative plans and elevates when necessary.
• Leads and drives special projects; manages inventory levels to meet goals and increases inventory turns in line with production rate.
• Identifies, engages, and resolves issues with internal functions to meet customer/supplier expectations with sourcing and logistics support.
