Flix is a dynamic company expanding its footprint in Mexico, offering a competitive pay and growth opportunities. As a Business Development Manager, you will expand Flix’s footprint by building new partnerships and uncovering growth opportunities across the country.

You’ll lead negotiations, manage a strong pipeline, and collaborate with local and international teams to accelerate network expansion and strengthen Flix’s market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales or business development with a strong hunter focus.
• Proven track record of acquiring new clients and exceeding targets.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial statements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• High level of independence with a proactive and structured working style.
• Fluency in English is required, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new bus partners to expand the Flix network.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Lead commercial negotiations and close partnership agreements.
• Coordinate cross-functional launches with local and international teams.
• Analyze market data to identify profitable growth opportunities.
• Support terminals strategy development using market analysis.
