Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management with a focus on organizational transformation or change management projects.
• Experience in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and risks effectively.
• Experience with diverse teams across organizational levels. Fluency in Spanish is required; English proficiency is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects focused on organizational transformation and process improvement.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk assessments.
• Manage project teams, assign tasks, provide direction, and foster collaboration.
