Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
• PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Experience managing projects involving software development, infrastructure upgrades, system integrations, and cybersecurity.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of IT projects.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage project teams, assigning tasks, providing direction, and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Track project progress and performance, reporting status updates to stakeholders and management regularly.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee vendor management, ensuring adherence to contracts and service level agreements.
