Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Admin, Engineering, PM)
• 3+ years of experience supporting projects or administrative functions
• Experience managing project schedules, trackers, documentation, and reporting
• Advanced MS Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet or similar
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project schedules, trackers, timelines, and deliverables in Asana
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and actions ensuring timely completion
• Prepare dashboards, KPI reports, executive summaries, and leadership decks
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, readiness reviews, and follow-up actions
• Manage project documents and version control for accuracy
• Support travel arrangements, events, site readiness, and stakeholder visits
• Foster cross-functional alignment among teams and leaders
• Provide admin support for schedule management, reporting, and governance
• Support HR-related project initiatives during implementation
