Job summary

Siemens Energy seeks a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support data validation, migration activities, and PMO processes within a major transformation initiative. The role requires strong English communication, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and experience with data reporting and enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or PMO roles.
• Strong English language skills and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with project schedules, data reporting, or PMO processes.
• Familiar with Primavera P6, Clarizen, or similar enterprise systems.
• Experience with data migration and system implementation.

Responsibilities

• Support the migration of project and portfolio data into OnePM; review, validate, cleanse, and organize structured data before migration.
• Assist in maintaining data accuracy across OnePM and Primavera, with minor tie into SAP and Salesforce environments.
• Track migration progress, document issues, and escalate risks when appropriate.
• Create and maintain project documentation, status reports, trackers, and process guides; participate in user training and adoption of new processes and tools.
• Coordinate with project managers, business stakeholders, and system admins to gather and validate information; perform admin and operational tasks related to data conversion and system transitions.
• Periodically audit OnePM active projects for data accuracy and inputs; troubleshoot or elevate issues; coach staff on data entry best practices.
