Job summary

Capgemini seeks a Program Coordinator I to support a major US insurer client within the Strategic Portfolio Management team. You will coordinate deliverables, track timelines, organize meetings, and help with project reporting to move initiatives forward.

Requirements include 1–3 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree, and fluent English. You will leverage Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with exposure to AI tools like Copilot, while contributing to customer journey initiatives

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in project coordination, PMO, or related area.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong ownership and accountability; proactive and self-driven.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management and coordination support for strategic business initiatives.
• Support project planning, scheduling, timeline tracking, and status reporting.
• Track key deliverables, milestones, action items, risks, and issues.
• Schedule and coordinate project meetings and workshops, including follow-up on action items.
• Work closely with business leaders, project managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Prepare project status reports, presentations, tracking logs, and other project documentation.
• Communicate project updates to key stakeholders.
• Help identify risks, issues, dependencies, or delays.
• Support portfolio management activities and ensure projects move forward.
• Utilize Microsoft tools and AI solutions to boost productivity and coordination.
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability for assigned responsibilities.
