Flex Guadalajara, North is seeking a Production Planning Manager to lead planning and control activities. You will coordinate material planning, scheduling, and risk reporting, partnering with Materials, Program Management, Warehousing, and Purchasing to optimize deliveries and inventory.

Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and BAAN ERP experience are required. You will report to the Materials Manager and drive master scheduling, shop scheduling, and dispatching to meet production goals and provide

Formación

Solid experience in production planning and production control within a manufacturing environment.
Experience leading planning teams.
Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably BAAN, to support production planning, material follow-up, scheduling, and inventory control.
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills for developing, maintaining, and analyzing reports related to production status, scheduling, performance, risks, and constraints.
PowerPoint knowledge to prepare and present production metrics, updates, and key indicators to leadership.

Responsabilidades

Lead production planning and control activities to meet production goals.
Coordinate material planning, scheduling, and risk reporting to leadership.
Collaborate with Materials, Program Management, Warehousing, and Purchasing to expedite parts and manage deliveries.
Provide accurate production status updates and reports to leadership.
Develop and implement the company’s production control functions, including master scheduling and dispatching.
