Flex in Guadalajara, Mexico is seeking a Planner Scheduler to support production planning from our South Campus. You will report to the Production Planning Manager, Finance, and work with cross-functional teams to create and maintain production plans, monitor shortages, and ensure timely reporting.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in business/finance, advanced Excel skills, and experience in manufacturing cost analysis and forecasting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Advanced Excel and financial planning concepts.
• Manufacturing and cost experience.
• Financial statement analysis and financial modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Checking feasibility of order fulfillment based on resources (materials, employees, equipment).
• Preparation of production plans and input of planning data into the company system.
• Monitor plan implementation and take necessary actions for deviations.
• Prepare long-term plans and forecasts (MPS, Forecast).
• Monitor system accuracy in daily/weekly data and routing/BOM/PPVs.
• Prepare clean-to-build reports, check material availability, and replan as needed.
• Monitor stock levels and handle stock differences.
• Prepare management and KPI reports and support CFT.
• Provide assistance to SCM and Order Desk within the CFT.
• Advise non-exempt associates on day-to-day priorities.
