Flextronics - The Flex Company is seeking a Production Control Supervisor for the Guadalajara North Campus. This role reports to the Production Planning Manager and focuses on material flow, production line supply, and coordinating personnel to deliver finished goods to the warehouse.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and hands-on experience with Master Production Plan controls, BAAN work orders, and strong inventory control.
Formación
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Knowledge in interpretation of the Master Production Plan.
- Advanced management of BAAN (work orders).
- Inventory control.
- Production control.
- Microsoft Office.
Responsabilidades
- Manage the supply of materials in the production line and coordinate personnel to ensure smooth flow.
- Monitor the production plan and ensure raw material supply through kits and follow-ups.
- Analyze inventories registered in the system and identify risks to avoid line stoppages.
- Carry out physical inventories to balance traceability and ensure system accuracy.
- Prepare physical inventory of assembled material to balance traceability and verify transactions.
