Flex is seeking a Production Planning Manager in Guadalajara, North, to lead production planning and control, ensure the production plan is met, and communicate risks to leadership. You will coordinate with Materials, Program Management, Warehousing, and Purchasing to expedite parts and adjust deliveries.

The ideal candidate has an engineering or bachelor’s degree, solid experience in production planning and control within manufacturing, and leadership of planning teams.

Formación

• Engineering or Bachelor's degree required.
• Solid experience in production planning and production control within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading planning teams.
• Knowledge of BAAN ERP to support planning, material follow-up, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel for reporting production status, scheduling, risks, and constraints.
• PowerPoint to present production metrics to leadership.
• Knowledge of supermarket management.
• Intermediate English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead production planning and control activities to meet production goals.
• Manage material planning follow-up and schedule coordination.
• Communicate risks or constraints impacting the production plan to leadership.
• Partner with Materials, Program Management, Warehousing, and Purchasing to expedite parts and manage delivery changes.
• Develop and implement the company's production control functions including Master Scheduling, Production Planning/Coordination, Shop Scheduling, and Dispatching.
