Flex is seeking a Production Control Supervisor to join the Guadalajara North Campus. You will report to the Production Planning Manager and ensure timely material flow, coordinate staff, and maintain inventory accuracy on the floor.

The role supports SpinCo initiatives and requires strong BAAN and MS Office skills. Typical day includes monitoring the production plan, material supply, inventory analysis, and traceability audits to prevent line stoppages and ensure product readiness for warehouse

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Knowledge interpreting the Master Production Plan.
• Advanced BAAN (work orders) experience.
• Inventory control and production control expertise.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Staff management and scheduling availability.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor the production plan.
• Ensure raw material supply via kits and follow-up to UPLs.
• Analyze inventories and identify risks for line stoppages.
• Audit inventory vs system and balance traceability.
• Prepare physical inventories and balance traceability system.
