Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, business administration, operations, or related field.
• Experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience utilizing ERP and MRP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Professional verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create value by developing and executing production plans that balance demand, capacity, and inventory objectives.
• Drive production schedule performance by proactively resolving supply and capacity constraints.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve delivery, efficiency, and inventory health.
• Utilize ERP and MRP systems to translate demand into executable production plans.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and global stakeholders to communicate order status and recovery plans.
• Analyze trends and metrics to support data-driven decision making.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning effectiveness.
• Contribute to successful new product implementations through planning and coordination.
