Molex, a Koch company, is seeking a Network Supply Planner to align long-term supply, demand, and capacity across the manufacturing network. You will partner with multiple functions and leverage S&OP to drive improvements and value creation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business Management, or related field.
• Experience in supply planning, production planning, capacity planning, or related function.
• Experience with ERP systems, including SAP.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead long-range supply and capacity planning activities to support business growth and optimize manufacturing performance.
• Drive RCCP processes and address capacity constraints and utilization challenges.
• Facilitate plant S&OP reviews with cross-functional alignment and clear action communications.
• Partner with stakeholders across the supply chain to improve lead times, service levels, and delivery performance.
• Develop and maintain planning strategies for finished goods and components (MTS, ATO, MTO).
• Support strategic decisions related to labor, materials, inventory, and long-term capacity investments.
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Influence end-to-end network planning balancing demand, capacity, inventory and customer requirements.
• Act as a key contact for global supply planning and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
