Molex in Guadalajara is seeking an experienced Product Engineer Supervisor to lead the Product Engineering team responsible for implementing and maintaining product configuration and technical documentation throughout the product lifecycle for Connectivity products in Guadalajara.

You will be the key liaison between Manufacturing and Design Centers, ensuring product quality, compliance, and successful new product launches.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Physics, Photonics, Mechatronics, or related).
5+ years of experience in Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, configuration management, NPI, or related fields.
Experience with ERP (SAP), PLM (Agile preferred), and MES systems; Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

Lead, coach, and develop Product Engineers, Technicians, and Interns, fostering engagement and continuous improvement.
Govern product configuration and technical documentation across PLM (Agile), ERP (SAP), and MES systems.
Drive the execution of engineering changes, new product introductions, and traceability requirements.
Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve performance issues and ensure successful product launches.
Champion digital transformation initiatives and process improvements in product data management.
