HP seeks a strategic Product Manager to own the development of HP Poly services, driving revenue growth, performance of support offers, and cost management. You will lead lifecycle governance, pricing alignment, and cross-functional delivery with global teams.

In this role you will analyze service data, identify improvements, and collaborate with regions to deliver innovative services, programs, and go-to-market initiatives that meet evolving customer demands and profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• A track record in service business management, delivery, or related field.
• Experience with Care Pack services, digital workplace platforms, or enterprise SaaS.

Responsabilités

• Takes charge of planning product support portfolios across their lifecycle, aligning with pricing and end-to-end service delivery.
• Collaborates across regions and global teams to implement innovative services and programs.
• Contributes insights from service data to drive sales opportunities and growth.
• Represents services within product portfolio cores and supports content development for service marketing.
• Performs business analysis, identifies root causes, and recommends performance improvements.
• Leads cross-functional initiatives with strong technical and business acumen.
• Establishes and manages service level agreements to ensure quality delivery.
• Prepares marketing materials to support key account teams.
• Applies SME knowledge to complex projects and policy development.
• Builds productive internal/external relationships and mentors staff.
