Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, or operations.
• Strong experience in demand/supply planning and business planning roles.
• Experience in complex, global, cross-functional environments.
• Experience with data-driven planning and performance KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning across the Personal Systems portfolio.
• Identify risks and opportunities; ensure alignment between demand, supply, and execution.
• Improve conversion, customer experience, and inventory health.
• Develop KPIs and reporting to track planning performance.
• Drive process improvement using automation and analytics.
