Job summary

Corning Inc. is seeking a Product Line Planner in Mexico to coordinate demand and supply planning for assigned product lines. You will work with manufacturing, logistics, planning, and product management to align supply chain capabilities with customer demand and business goals.

You will lead scenario planning, capacity modeling, and alignment of MPS/MRP with commercial insights, driving inventory optimization and on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain, production planning, demand or supply planning.
• Strong forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory management skills.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Knowledge of MRP, MPS, S&OP/SIOP processes.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities.
• Advanced Excel and reporting tools.
• Fluent English communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate demand and supply planning for assigned product lines.
• Lead supply plans within the SIOP process.
• Perform scenario planning and capacity modeling.
• Analyze imbalances and advise stakeholders on actions.
• Coordinate security of supply and accelerated recovery plans.
• Monitor key supply chain KPIs and escalate issues.
• Support NPI, transitions, and phase-outs.
• Collaborate with plant and global teams to optimize capacity.
• Represent manufacturing in forecast consensus and MPS/MRP planning.
• Participate in planning reviews for alignment of production and inventory.
• Provide product line overviews to Supply Chain and Product Management stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the function.
