Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc is seeking an experienced Analyst - Project & Programme Management to join the Risk and Compliance Transformation team in the Mexico region. You will support leadership in shaping plans, lead delivery of change initiatives, and manage a regional transformation roadmap across risk and compliance projects.

The role requires strong collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams, robust stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive governance, budgeting and milestone tracking

Qualifications

• Experience in leading complex programmes and change initiatives.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable plans.
• Experience coordinating cross-country transformation programmes.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance contexts in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Develop long- and short-term plans for country and regional strategies.
